My weight went up .1 pound. Haha. I don't really consider that an increase, but I do want the number to go down every week. I reconsidered my mini goals because I just have not had time to workout like I want to. With Thanksgiving and Christmas coming up I do not see that changing. So here goes...

I have to be realistic about how many pounds I can lose in a month. I think this is more realistic for me than my previous mini goals.
