Day 15
Weight: 201.6
I did not eat anything all day. I was busy cleaning and it made it easier to not think about food. My mom left early from work yesterday and we went to see the Avengers. This is my second time seeing it and her first. By the time we got to the movies I was starving. We got home around 7:45 and fed the kids a snack and put them to bed. I finally got to eat. I ate strawberries about 150 calories. I also had a couple of pieces of chicken lunch meat about 30 calories. 180 calories total. Not much huh? I know but that is all I felt like eating so late. I really wanted something sweet and strawberries was the only thing I could have. I also like crunchy things and have yet to find something I can eat. Tune in tomorrow to see if I lost anymore weight. It is getting exciting because I have not weighed less than 200 pounds in two years.

Day 14
Weight: 202.4
I cannot believe I cheated last weekend and now it is going to take me a over week to get back down to what I was before I left. I could have lost another five pounds by now had I not cheated. Totally sucks! I will never cheat again!!!! I ate a turkey burger patty for lunch yesterday and had the same thing for dinner with green beans. I ate strawberries for a late snack. About 430 calories total. Tune in tomorrow to see if I lost any weight. ;)

Day 13
Weight: 203
I went out of town for the weekend. My husband left for the summer and my cousin had a birthday party for her baby. The girls had a blast. I am not going to beat around the bush, I cheated on my diet. I am finally getting back down to the weight I was before I left last week. It is so hard when you go out of town to eat right. I have no willpower. I am working on that. All I had yesterday was a smoothie that had 240 calories. I really want to lose this weight. I bought some coffee to try. A friend told me that coffee first thing in the morning will help fill you up. I bought flavored coffee and fat free creamer to make it taste better. I hated it. I just cannot drink it. I do not know how people can drink it. It tastes so nasty. I might try it one more time because I know it will help me but man I would never drink it otherwise. No more cheating for me. I am going to work hard to lose as much weight as I can this first go around. The end of June will be the end of the first part of the diet. If I lose about 6 pounds a week for the next 5 weeks I will have lost about 35 pounds total. It would be nice to lose more than that but I need to be realistic.
I am very tired all the time. I feel like I do not have any energy but that is really nothing new. I cannot wait to get some more energy. Being around my cousin this weekend makes me envious of all of her energy. She is the energizer bunny. She did so much for the birthday party and still cleaned everything up after. She says she cannot sleep without cleaning up first. I wish I had that feeling. There are some things I really need to work on about myself...organization and cleaning for the most part.
I think Justin and I have decided that I will go to nursing school in Oklahoma City. It is just too hard being apart. That means about a year from now we will be in Oklahoma City. Not sure for how long. It just depends on how well Justin likes his job. I would love to come back to Texas, but we will see.
I will post again tomorrow and let you know what I ate today and how much I weighed this morning.

Day Four
Weight: 205.3 pounds
My weight can fluctuate, as I have said in the past, so until I get down to the 190's I am not going to jump for joy.
My lack of food:
Morning Snack- Orange 65cal.
Lunch- Chicken breast 110cal.
fresh green beans 50cal.
Afternoon snack- Orange 65 cal.
Dinner- Chicken breast 110cal.
fresh green beans 50cal.
Lots of water and crystal light.
Total: 450cal.
I was under yesterday. I have not been to the grocery store with everything that we had going on this weekend. I hope I can go after the kids go to bed tonight or maybe after I drop Kayley off at school tomorrow.
This is going to be a busy week. We have a lot to do to get ready for this weekend. We are going to Fort Worth on Friday morning to spend some time together. Justin will leave Saturday morning to go to Oklahoma City for the summer while the girls and I stay for a cousin birthday party!! While we are gone my mom is having new flooring put in downstairs. We will hopefully come home to some new beautiful floors on Sunday afternoon.

Day three
Weight: 206.3 pounds...ughhh!
Yesterday was day three of my hCG diet. I will post about today tomorrow if that makes any sense. Day three I am still allowed to eat as I usually do. My sister and her husband and son came over yesterday afternoon after my mom and I had spent the morning cleaning out the garage. It looked like an episode of hoarders there was so much junk. We barbecued and played with the kids all afternoon. Justin leaves for Oklahoma this weekend so we wanted to just have some family time before he is gone for the whole summer!!
I hope to see some results by the end of the week. Tune in tomorrow to see if I lost any weight!

The Time has Come!
The time has come...I can finally start the hCG diet! I am excited and nervous. I will do my first injection tomorrow and start the 500 calorie diet on Monday. I am going to be done with school for the semester tonight so it is really good timing! I am hoping to lose about 30-40 pounds this first go around. It would be great if I could lose a pound a day (50 pounds total), but I do not want to get my hopes up. I will go in for an update weigh-in in two weeks and of course I will be weighing myself first thing in the morning and posting it every day. I will upload pictures of myself, hopefully, on a weekly or bi-weekly basis (depending on how much weight I lose). I cannot "weight" to feel better...too cheesy? Ha! I will post my weight tomorrow and start on Monday with the daily weight and food journal posts.
I have a very busy summerplanned in the works. I hope to stay busy with my girls and will keep you all updated on all the tiring fun things we do this summer. There is so much going on, people to see and places to go!
